Dome labels are Ideal for situations where communicating a brand identity is vital. Dome labels are also well suited to outdoor applications such as automotive decals, where durability is paramount.
Our domed labels are made using a clear polyurethane resin, which when cured creates a gloss high-quality clear domed badge which is both hard wearing and scratch resistant. The clear dome on top creates a 3D effect of your branding which makes domed labels tactile and visually striking.
What does it involve?
The first layer is the label material, or high grade printable vinyl. The label can be multiple colours photo-quality graphics, or simple text. The ink is applied using high quality digital printers. Once printed that machine die-cut's the labels and the waste material between labels removed from the press sheet.
Liquid polyurethane material is then applied to the labels on the press sheet and left to cure.
